Ductility Testing Machine conforming to specifications and tolerance on accordance to I.S. 1208 electrically operated designed to test three specimens simultaneously. The machine consists of a moving carriage moving over a lead screw. An electric motor driven reduction gear unit ensures smooth constant speed and continuous operation. The entire assembly is mounted with a stainless steel lined water bath completely encased in metal bound hardwood. It is equipped with an electric pump circulator and heater. The temperature is controlled thermostatically. Two rates of travel i.e. 5cm per minute and 1cm per minute are provided. Complete with three ductility moulds with base plate.Operation on 220 Volts, 50 Hz, single phase.

Supply.

COMPACTION MOULD: complete with interchangeable collar and base plate duly chromium plated as per latest code.SAMPLE EXTRACTOR; Used to extract sample from mould consists of a thrust plate and loading bar.COMPACTION PEDSTEL: consists of compaction hammer having 4.5 kgs mass with a free fall of 457mm used with compaction pedestal comprises a wooden block capped with a steel plate and mould assembly BREAKING HEAD. Consists of upper and lower cylindrical segment of test head having inside radius of curvature 5cm.PROVING RING; Stress measuring proving ring capacity 30kn made out of special alloy steel to gives maximum repeatability as per I.S. 4169 fitted with dial gauge least count 0.002mm of ISI certification mark IS 2092 with calibration certificate in polished wooden box.

FLOW MEASUREMENT DIAL GAUGE. Least count 0.01mm x 25mm travel of ISI Certification mark IS 2092.Complete outfit as above.
