Sturdy construction consists of a base support columns to form a rigid frame work around the quick release mechanism to ensure effective fall of the hammer during test, the free fall can be adjusted 380mm. The hammer is provided with locking arrangementSupplied complete with one cylindrical cup and metal measure 75mm dia x 50mm with tamping rod.

Ball Mill

Ball Mill. 14 Los angles abrasion testing machine, conforming to specifications and tolerance in accordance to I.S. 2386 Part IV, for determination of resistance to wear by small size coarse aggregate and crushed rock. The machine consists of a hollow drum mounted on a sturdy frame on ball bearing. A detachable shelf which extends throughout the inside length of the drum catches the abrasive charges and does not allow to fall on the cover. The drum is rotated at a speed of 30-33 rpm by an electric motor through a heavy-duty gear. Motor is suitable for operation on 440 Volts, three ph. A.C.Supply.

CT-15 Abrasive charges consists of 12 hardened steel/cast iron spheres approx 48mm dia and weighing between 390 to 445 gms.
